Jesus, a prep chef, is much more comfortable in the workplace; his coworkers and supervisor have complimented him on his English skills. He hopes that he will be considered for a promotion to sous chef soon, and says that he trusts his English more now.
One of Candy’s goals in her ESL class was to be able to send messages directly to clients at work at a cleaning company. She is now able to do this, which has also resulted in her earning new responsibilities in her job!
