Literacy Network hosts three signature events each year: Reading Between the Wines, Run for Literacy, and Growing Through Literacy.  We also host multiple book sales throughout the year at our office, 701 Dane Street.

Additionally, organizations and businesses partner with us to raise money on our behalf.  Special events are a great way to support Literacy Network and adult literacy in Dane County.  If you are interested in hosting a fundraising event on behalf of Literacy Network, please contact Jen at

Reading Between the Wines

Thursday, May 3, 2018

Each year we host our annual celebration of the impact our work has on adult learners in the Dane County community. Attendees will be wined and dined as they bid on silent auction items and listen to student impact stories.  Wine is selected by our partners at L’Eft Bank Wines and hors d’oevures are served by HotelRED.  Students are all invited to submit writings for the officially published event book.  A committee of reviewers selects up to 3 students who will read their writings during the event.
