Civics Class visits State Capitol and Senator Risser
(11/11/2008)

It was very important to study about US Government and laws, because we need to know how they work and it is very important for our children when they have questions about government, we will know the answer. It was very interesting study US Government in class.

We went to the Capitol on Thursday, November 11. We met Senator Fred Risser in the Capitol building. The Senator Fred Risser spoke about immigration and driver's licenses. His answers to our questions were very interesteing. The most interesting thing he said was he hopes to permit immigrants to go back and forth to their country.
